As you look through the training plans for the different events, you will see we have a fairly comprehensive set of schedules. Key sessions are circuits on a Monday, Track on a Tuesday and Thursday and then at a weekend we normally have competitions or we go indoor training. How many of these sessions you attend is entirely up to you, although obviously the more you manage to go to, the better you will become! If you check out our coaches’ page, you will see that we have many coaches that support the club in just about all the events you can wish to do. All our coaches are voluntary and we are eternally grateful for all the help and dedication they put into coaching the athletes.
